Berry Chocolate Chia Pudding

Perfect cool summertime treat that is great warm or cold. Loaded with protein, healthy fats, and antioxidant rich berries! Perfect for dessert or breakfast! Inspired by Dr. Gregers How Not to Die Cookbook! Such a great book!!

Makes 3-4 servings

1/2 ripe avocado

1 1/4 Cup berries of choice

3 scoops of unsweetened cocoa powder

2 T almond butter or tahini

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 1/2 plant milk

2 dates

 

Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in high speed blender until smooth. Whisk in chia seeds and refrigerate until chilled. Divide servings into 3-4, store for later meals or share with friends!
