Find my cooking classes in the Winona Community Education catalog! I also teach at the Friendship center, through Miller Mentoring at the high school and Bluff Country Co-op!
City of Winona Employee Wellness Program
Employee Wellness
An 8 week comprehensive cooking course aimed to improve the health of employees. This course has weekly in person meetings as well as videos, print outs, recipes and grocery lists to further learning outside of meetings.

Providing inspiration and education on the importance of cooking with fresh produce to our youth is extremely important to me. I volunteer and work with Miller Mentoring in bringing awareness and fun to healthy cooking practices.

It has been a pleasure to work with my clients in their own home using their own kitchen and tools. I find that when the client feels comfortable and confident that they can make these changes in their own home the lifestyle shifts we work through stick long-term.

Fall 2019 my comprehensive 8 module cooking course was released. Starting from the foundation of our mindset and what a whole food plant-based diet is to knife skills, meal prep, flavor building, meal plans, sustainable weight-loss and more! Videos, print outs, group accountability meetings are available.
